Reach HVAC Lines

If the furnace has stopped or the basement is wet, do not email — phone. (825) 395-7447 is answered every hour of every day; our assistant confirms what has gone wrong and your postal code and puts you through, still on the line, to a technician from our network in Calgary and area. The rest of this page is for the other kind of contact: a question about a call you made, your information, or the service itself.

The phone number, and what happens on it

There is exactly one number on this site and it is the one at the top of every page. It rings through to an automated assistant that says it is recording, asks three questions, and transfers you to a technician who is available now — or, if none is at that moment, says so plainly instead of leaving you waiting. A furnace failing at 3 a.m. in a January cold snap is what the number is for; a question about your invoice is not, because the assistant cannot answer it.

The same number texts you the confirmation code after an online request. The call we place to you afterwards comes from a Canadian number; answer it and press 1 to be connected.

Email, for everything that is not urgent

Three mailboxes, none of them watched around the clock. Support is for anything about a call or a request you made — what happened, which contractor took it, removing your number. Privacy is for exercising a right under the privacy policy: seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold. Legal is for notices under the consumer terms. The addresses are listed below, and a reply takes a business day or two, not a minute.

What we can do, and what only the technician can

We can tell you what happened with your call, which contractor was connected, take your number out of our system, correct or delete your information, and hear about a technician who did not behave as a certified tradesperson should — that last one matters to us, because it is how the network stays worth calling.

We cannot quote a job, book a time, change a price, or speak for a technician about their work. That conversation is with the contractor you were connected to; their number is the one that called you back. If you have lost it, support can tell you who it was.

If you are a contractor

Heating and cooling businesses in Calgary and area who want live calls rather than shared form leads apply through PatchLead at patchlead.ca, not here. You will need an Alberta gasfitter certificate, Class B or Class A for gas work, ODS certification for refrigerant, insurance, and a phone that is answered. Questions first can go to the support address.

By post

PatchLead (1001689754 Ontario Inc.) receives mail at the address below. It is the operator's registered office in Ontario; there is no Calgary office, no depot and no truck — the technicians are independent businesses in Calgary, and the phone is how you reach them.
